Neonatal Directorate Manager

The neonatal directorate manager is Patricia Dunmore. She is accountable for operational management of the Neonatal directorate, a role with a wide range of responsibilities, varying from professional leadership to maintaining and developing neonatal services within the directorate.

Any issue you may have regarding the care of you and your baby can be discussed with her. She can always be contacted via her secretary Lynda Hill on ext 4027

Neonatal Lead Nurse

The Lead Nurse for the Neonatal Unit is Val Irving.

She is responsible for the improvement and maintenance of effective clinical practice, monitoring standards of care and leading any improvements necessary as a result of new research based evidence.

As a parent if you have any issues which you feel cannot be resolved by the clinical staff caring for your baby please arrange to meet with the lead nurse to discuss it further.
