Neonatal unit manager

The neonatal unit Clinical Manager is Miss Lynne Kerr. As the manager she has a huge range of responsibilities: clinical standards, risk management and safety, recruitment of staff and budgets.  All grades of nurses and midwives are answerable to the Clinical Manager who ensures that the most safe and effective service is provided within the resources provided.

Problems which arise within the unit are often referred to Miss Kerr. If as a parent you have a problem which you feel cannot be dealt with satisfactorily by the nurses, midwives or doctors caring for your baby, then please speak to Miss Kerr. The Clinical Manager's office is within the neonatal unit and her working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am until 5pm.
